What are the key ingredients in LaDiDa?
Each of our lattes is made with oat milk (just water and oats) and 15 milligrams of full spectrum hemp extract. In addition, each flavor contains its own combination of aromatic herbs (lavender), adaptogenic roots (turmeric), and tea (matcha).
Is LaDiDa vegan or gluten free?
Yes, LaDiDa is both vegan and gluten-free.
What is full spectrum hemp extract?
Extracted from organically cultivated hemp plants, it’s loaded with terpenes and CBD. It is the essence of the hemp plant.
What are the benefits of full spectrum hemp extract?
With full spectrum hemp extract you are getting the whole oil from the hemp plant, including CBD and terpenes, rather than just the stripped down CBD. Terpenes are aromatic oils in hemp and other plants that have been used for thousands of years for their soothing properties. They are what give our brews their subtle, herby bitterness and aroma.
Will LaDiDa get me high?
No. Our lattes only have CBD and botanical terpenes from the hemp plant for calm — they are not psychoactive and do not result in a high.
How much full spectrum hemp extract is in each can of LaDiDa?
Can I purchase a can without CBD?
Each flavor contains full spectrum hemp extract, containing CBD and terpenes.

How often (and when) does the LaDiDa subscription arrive?
If you subscribe to LaDiDa, you can choose the frequency of your shipments to be every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks, starting on the day of order. If you would like your subscription box to arrive on a certain day of the week, text us at 518-552-3432 and we will arrange the change!
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you may change, hold, or cancel your subscription anytime, no commitments. Simply text us at 518-552-3432 before your next order ships.
Is shipping free? How fast is the shipping?
Yes! LaDiDa always ships free. We aim for all packages to arrive within 1-3 business days nationwide. In Manhattan and Los Angeles, orders will get to you within 45-90 minutes if we receive your order between 10am-6pm any day of the week!

How do I place an order?
For your first checkout, you’ll need to go through our shop page, where we will collect your phone number at checkout. After that, you can place all orders by texting us at 518-552-3432. That’s right, no more logins, no more reentering billing info.
Where does LaDiDa ship?
We ship everywhere within the United States except the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, and South Dakota. But not to worry, we plan on getting there soon.
When does LaDiDa ship?
If you’re in Manhattan or Los Angeles, we offer free doorstep delivery within 45-90 minutes for orders placed between 10am – 6pm all days of the week.
For all other areas of the U.S., orders placed before 2pm willship that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day. Deliveries nationwide should be received within 1-3 business days.
How do I get instant doorstep delivery in Manhattan and Los Angeles?
It’s like magic! If you place your order between 10am-5pm we will automatically ship your order within 45-90 minutes if your shipping address is in our area of coverage. After placing an order, you will receive a text message with your tracking info and another text message from our delivery partner to coordinate the doorstep drop off.
